The audio won't play.

Sometimes the audio on Listenwise will not play and you may see the message below. 

Here are a few things to try to resolve the audio issue so you can complete your Listenwise assignment: 

1. Manually reload the page by hitting the refresh button.
2. Access Listenwise on a different web browser.
3. Try using Listenwise on another device (tablet, laptop, smartphone).
4. Visit Listenwise on a different network (i.e. your home Wi-Fi).
