When my student tries to login, they do not see the "Login with Google" button. What should we do?

When logging into Listenwise, you may run into an issue where the Login with Google button is missing. 

Try these steps to fix the issue:

1. For the URL, remove the “www” before “listenwise.com/students.” Type in only app.listenwise.com/students.
2. If you are using Google Chrome, log in using Incognito mode.
3. If possible, log in from another device or web browser.
4. Check your device’s content blocker applications. Disable the content blocker or you can add an exception for Listenwise.com. You may not have access to change the content blocker, so ask your teacher for assistance with this.
