How do I update the email address for my account?

If you need to update the email address associated with your existing Listenwise account, follow the below steps. Please note that two accounts cannot be merged into one.

1. Log into the account under the old email.

2. Go into your Settings (click your name in the top right-hand corner) and request to update your email to the new email address.

3. You'll receive an automated email from Listenwise to confirm your new email. Click the link to officially change your email address.

4. You can now log into Listenwise with your new email!
