If you have trouble watching the videos on Lingolift, this article will walk through some ways to resolve it.
- Manually reload the page by hitting the refresh button in your browser.
- Try a different web browser.
- Try using Lingolift on a different device (tablet, laptop, smartphone)
- If possible, try using Listenwise on a different network (i.e. your home wifi) if you're currently on a school network.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, ask your school/district’s IT team to whitelist https://app.listenwise.com, and make sure Lingolift isn’t being blocked by any content blocker.
