While Lingolift and Listenwise content are available on the same platform and accessible through one account, the products act separately when it comes to assignments and data. Thus, you need to create separate classes for each product in order to assign work to students.
For example, if you have a Listenwise class already created, and you want to assign Lingolift work to them, you need to create a Lingolift class and have those students enroll in that class. Follow these steps:
1. Create a Lingolift class on your Manage Classes page. It will look something like this:
2. When you go to assign work to students in Lingolift, you will now see a class to assign it to. More on assigning here.
3. Students do not need to create a new Lingolift account They will access Lingolift from their existing Listenwise classes. Here is how students will access Lingolift based on how you create your class:
If you import a Google Classroom roster, students will be automatically enrolled in the Lingolift class. They can log into their account via the Google button on this page: https://app.listenwise.com/students/sign_in
If you manually created a class, have them log into their Listenwise account and then enter the Lingolift class code on the Join A Class page: https://app.listenwise.com/students/school_classes/new
