The speech recognition on Lingolift isn't working. What should we do?

Here are some tips to help your students have the best and most accurate experience with the Speak step of a Lingolift video lesson:

1. Have students wear headphones with a built-in microphone
2. Make sure they’re speaking loudly enough and close to the microphone 
3. Try to avoid as much background noise as possible
4. Use Chrome as your web browser because it has the highest quality recording capability.
5. If they’re getting lower scores than expected during Speak, they can listen to their previous recording using the Compare button to check if there are noise or microphone issues.
