Students can't submit a completed quiz. How do we fix it?

Has your student answered all of the quiz questions, but the submit button is still greyed out? Please have your student follow the below steps to submit their quiz:

1. Go into any questions on the quiz
2. Click on another answer
3. Click back to their original answer (the submit button should then be clickable)
4. Click Submit Quiz

If the submit button still doesn't work, please submit a ticket to our Support team for assistance.
