Scheduling a Quiz

When you’re assigning a quiz, you can choose to schedule a quiz to be released at a later date and time. This feature gives you control over when students can see assignments and gives you the flexibility to plan ahead!

On the quiz assigning page, use the Date Available column to schedule your quiz. You can customize the release date for each class, with the option to add a release time, as well. If you leave the assignment as “available immediately,” students will automatically see the quiz assignment on their dashboards once you click Assign.

If you’re scheduling an assignment and posting it to Google Classroom, it will be listed as “Scheduled” under your Classwork tab until the scheduled release time.
