Follow these steps to add any missing students to your Listenwise rosters:
The initial import may have excluded students, so follow the below steps to sync your rosters again.
1. Click Manage Classes under My Classes on your dashboard.
2. Click on the class name you need to update.
3. Click update roster from Google Classroom to add or remove any students from your Listenwise roster.
If students still fail to import, you can give a student a Class Code to enroll manually in your class.
1. Click Manage Classes under My Classes on your dashboard.
2. For the class you want, click the 3-dot menu on the right side of the page and click Class Settings.
3. Your Class Code is listed here. It will look like this: happy-cow-1234
4. Send students to app.listenwise.com/students/sign_up. They will click “Sign up with Google” and then enter this Class Code.
5. Check your Listenwise class roster to confirm they are now enrolled.
