If you are getting one of the following errors when importing/updating Google Classroom rosters in Listenwise or when posting an assignment to Google Classroom, please follow the instructions below:
1. Log out of Listenwise
2. Remove Listenwise access from your Google account. Follow these steps or watch this video to guide you through the process:
- Click your Google Account icon in the top-right hand corner of your browser and click the Mange your Google Account button
- Click Security
- Scroll down to Third-party apps with account access on the right-hand side and click manage third-party access
- Find Listenwise and click Remove Access
3. Log into Listenwise again and try the task again.
